HOW TO GET THE EQUIPMENT
We offer tourist equipment for rent in Chișinău for hiking, expeditions, and travel.
1. Contact us
Call +373 79406840 or submit a request on our website to check equipment availability and schedule a pickup date. Once availability is confirmed, we will send you a sample rental agreement for review.
2. Arrange time and place for pickup
Equipment is provided by prior arrangement from Monday to Friday. For large orders, pickup can also be arranged on weekends.
Since we regularly organize river tours, hiking, and boat trips, we do not have a permanent office for equipment pickup. The time and location are agreed in advance.
3. Receive the equipment
Rental is finalized by signing a rental agreement.
To rent equipment, you must present a valid ID.
Usually, tourist equipment is picked up at Chișinău, bd. Negruzzi 2/4
RENTAL TERMS
RENTAL PERIOD
The rental period is calculated from the day of pickup until the actual day of return.
Return time is determined according to the terms of the agreement.
In case of delay, the cost of an additional rental day is charged.
Early return does not reduce the rental cost.
RENTAL PRICES
The website shows the daily rental price for each unit of equipment.
Payment is made in cash upon receiving the equipment or by bank transfer before pickup.
SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR RENTED EQUIPMENT
A security deposit is required upon pickup. The deposit amount for each unit is listed in the catalog on the website and typically represents 30–50% of its market value.
RENTAL FORMALITIES
To rent, you must have a valid ID.
Rental is completed by signing a rental agreement.
The client bears material responsibility for the equipment from the moment of receipt until the moment of return.
EQUIPMENT INSPECTION
When the equipment is issued and returned, a joint inspection is carried out by the client and the lessor.
All detected defects are recorded in the appendix to the rental agreement.
DAMAGE OR LOSS OF EQUIPMENT
In case of damage, repairs are carried out at the client’s expense.
If the functional condition or appearance of the equipment cannot be restored, or if the equipment is lost, the security deposit is not refunded, and the client compensates for the current market value of the equipment.
In case of loss, the client compensates the full market value of the equipment, including possible delivery costs.
CLEANLINESS AND CONDITION OF THE EQUIPMENT
The equipment must be returned clean and dry.
If the equipment is returned dirty or wet, the cost of one additional rental day will be charged.

Home delivery and pickup of tourist equipment are available in Chișinău.
